Description
The Process Development Engineer will drive process optimization and product development across molding operations, with a focus on improving liquid injection molding and liquid silicone rubber manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting, tooling and process validation, CAD-based design, technical problem solving, project coordination, production transitions, and documentation. Candidates need proven experience in process development, troubleshooting, and optimization, including hands-on experience with LIM and LSR manufacturing processes; silicone molding, tooling development, scientific molding techniques, and process validation are preferred.
