Description
Axis is hiring a Process Development Engineer in Lund to design, optimize, and scale global fulfillment processes across its Configuration and Logistics Centers. The role leads process mapping, continuous improvement and automation projects, ERP/WMS/MPS requirements, root-cause analysis, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration with 3PL partners and internal teams. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of process development or logistics engineering experience, knowledge of supply-chain systems, Lean or Six Sigma expertise, and fluency in English and Swedish. The position is permanent and requires approximately 10–20 days of international travel per year.
