Description
Apple is hiring a Process Development Engineer to develop and validate processes and materials for next-generation module technologies. The role includes proof-of-concept studies, design of experiments, process characterization, CTQ metric and metrology development, manufacturability guidelines, equipment evaluation, engineering reporting, and cross-functional recommendations. Candidates need a science degree in engineering, 2–3 years of process R&D experience, and hands-on experience with module assembly processes such as flip chip, flex attach, pick and place, wire bonding, soldering, and related techniques.
