Description
Boston Scientific is hiring a Process Development Intern to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and Operations on manufacturing processes for next-generation medical devices. Responsibilities include maintaining process plans, establishing manufacturing processes, designing and testing prototype devices, conducting process characterization and validation experiments, and investigating new technologies. The intern must be pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028, commit to a full 12-week internship during the specified May–August 2027 window, be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, and have reliable transportation to the Maple Grove, Minnesota corporate location. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the local office and offers a minimum salary of $43,368 and a maximum salary of $73,736.
