Description
The role performs hands-on oleochemical synthesis and product- and process-development work at the Mapleton Plant, including reactions from 100 mL to 4 L, pressurized equipment, raw-material receiving and shipping, new-product introduction, corrective-action investigations, and raw-material qualification. It also supports project management, safety, training, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have hands-on laboratory experience, industrial synthesis or process-optimization experience, and strong chemical and analytical knowledge; a Ph.D. is preferred, while an MS/BS with at least five years of experience is listed as a qualification path.
