Peregrine Team is hiring a Process Development Scientist to support biologics development and scale-up. The role involves designing and executing experiments to optimize upstream and downstream processes, supporting scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing teams, analyzing process data to improve yield and efficiency, collaborating with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams, and documenting findings for regulatory submissions. Candidates need a PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field, at least five years of biologics process development experience, experience with GMP and technology transfer, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
