Treatt is hiring a Process Development Scientist in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, to scale laboratory processes for flavour ingredients used in the beverage market. The role covers process design and optimization, scale-up and technology transfer, data analysis and troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, documentation, and collaboration with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field is required, with a master’s or Ph.D. preferred, along with relevant process development or manufacturing experience.
