The role supports the invention, development, and implementation of drug substance manufacturing processes and technologies for synthetic and hybrid assets, including early- to late-stage development, cGMP manufacturing, technology transfer, process characterization, regulatory documentation, and experimental analysis. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent education and scientific experience, with bioconjugation experience preferred.
