Description
Amgen is hiring a Senior Principal Scientist Bioconjugates to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing sustainable and cost-effective bioconjugate manufacturing processes for antibody drug conjugates and other synthetic and hybrid assets. The role covers process innovation, cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer, process understanding and modeling, regulatory support, project delivery, and mentoring of colleagues. It is based at the Thousand Oaks, California campus and requires a doctorate with relevant postdoctoral experience and three years of scientific experience, or equivalent experience with a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
