Description
FITS is seeking a Process Development Scientist to support validation and scientific services in pharmaceutical or biotechnology process development. The role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of scientist experience, bilingual English and Spanish ability, project management skills, and experience with sterile drug manufacturing, aseptic filling, process characterization, process validation, technology transfer, and commercial processes. Responsibilities include conducting experiments and studies, analyzing data, designing protocols, preparing technical reports, collaborating with internal and external teams, contributing to scientific publications, and supporting department-wide initiatives.
