Description
The Process Engineer leads and supports new process development, kaizen, and optimization initiatives across material storage, conveyance, inventory management, transportation, space planning, capacity enhancement, facility layout, and capital improvement projects. The role evaluates logistics processes, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, assesses technologies such as AGVs, AMRs, and ASRS, develops facility layouts and equipment specifications, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and implements continuous-improvement solutions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, at least two years of process-engineering or similar experience, logistics-engineering knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The annual salary is $64,000–$80,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
