Description
Creation Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer to serve as a subject-matter expert in circuit card and box assembly manufacturing. The role develops, configures, and optimizes industrial processes; analyzes defect data; improves first-pass yield, cycle time, changeover time, and quality; supports SMT, wave soldering, pick-and-place, printing, and reflow equipment; and collaborates with project engineers, production associates, and management. The position requires at least five years of process engineering or equivalent technical support experience, at least four years of electronic manufacturing experience focused on SMT or wave soldering, knowledge of SPC, Cp, Cpk, IPC documentation, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing, plus strong communication, analytical, technical-writing, and teamwork skills.
