Fralock is hiring a full-time, onsite Process Engineer II (NPI) in Chatsworth, California. The role leads the transition of new customer designs into production for printed circuit board and advanced materials manufacturing, coordinating prototype and qualification builds, manufacturing processes, quality compliance, ECOs, launch readiness, and cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 3–5 years of related experience, and experience in PCB manufacturing, ERP systems, quality standards, and process improvement methodologies.
