Description
Lam is hiring a Process Engineer for its SEM Lab in Tualatin to develop and improve automation workflows for electron microscopy, including Ifast recipes and AutoTEM templates, while supporting production recovery, vendor collaboration, cross-campus alignment, and customer material and IP protection. The role requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant physical science field with no prior professional experience, or a BS degree in a physical science with 10 years of experience; preferred qualifications include AutoTEM and Ifast automation, TEM automation, dual-beam FIB/SEM, semiconductor materials, technical documentation, and customer IP protection. The position follows a standard Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
