Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer for its SEM Lab in Tualatin to support semiconductor sample processing, quality, and productivity. The role involves coordinating with process groups, developing work instructions, investigating quality and productivity variances, analyzing scanning electron micrographs and production data, researching advanced processing techniques, training technicians, and proposing equipment or technique changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant field, and offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
