Description
Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced semiconductor etch and deposition processes, improve manufacturing techniques and yields, analyze test data, and coordinate equipment and process requirements. The role is graduate-eligible and requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience; preferred qualifications include semiconductor equipment experience, statistical process control, DOE, scientific computing, statistical analysis, and exposure to deposition, etching, and plasma technologies. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
