Description
Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer for its Dielectric Etch Group to develop and evaluate semiconductor process formulations, improve manufacturing techniques and yields, analyze test data, and coordinate equipment and process requirements. The role is graduate-eligible and requires a master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; preferred qualifications include semiconductor equipment experience, SPC or DOE knowledge, scientific computing, statistical analysis, and exposure to deposition or etching technologies. The position offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
