Mattson Technology is hiring a Process Development Engineer to develop dry strip processes for advanced semiconductor technology nodes, manage process development and reliability projects, monitor hardware performance, analyze data, troubleshoot processes, support technology transfer, and perform customer-site verification. The role requires hands-on experimental experience, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field, and at least three years of experience. It involves laboratory work with high-energy machinery and hazardous gases, potential swing shifts and weekends, and 20–50% travel outside the United States. The salary range is $94,000–$123,420.
