Description
The Process Engineer II leads cross-functional projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost performance; resolves complex technical challenges; conducts root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions; and develops process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and validation materials. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 4–6 years of engineering experience, and expertise in manufacturing process improvement, statistical process control, GD&T, DOE, Minitab, and medical device manufacturing. The anticipated annual compensation is $110,000 to $125,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
