Description
The role monitors and improves plastics-compounding production processes, establishes processing conditions, develops new process methods, resolves production issues, conducts plant trials, supports quality and customer-complaint investigations, and leads continuous-improvement and lean initiatives. It requires a degree or master's in polymers science, material science, chemical engineering, or a related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and RCA and lean tools.
