Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced semiconductor etch and deposition processes, improve manufacturing techniques and yields, analyze test data, and coordinate process specifications and customer demonstrations. The role is graduate-eligible and requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience; preferred qualifications include semiconductor equipment experience, statistical process control, DOE, scientific computing, statistical analysis, and exposure to deposition, etching, and plasma technologies. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
