Description
Spartech is hiring a Process Engineer for the 2nd and 3rd shifts at its Stamford, Connecticut facility. The role owns primary manufacturing processes such as cell casting, coating, annealing, and mixing; drives process improvement, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, yield and labor optimization, and operational excellence; supports EHS compliance, emergency response, equipment and project activities, and reporting; and collaborates with operations, R&D, and other departments. The position requires a BS degree in engineering or physical sciences and three years of manufacturing equipment and process development experience, with Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, SAP, and Microsoft Office skills preferred or desirable.
