Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer for its Deposition Product Group to develop and evaluate semiconductor etch and deposition processes, improve yields and production costs, analyze test data, support product development and customer demonstrations, and lead process technicians. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field with at least three years of experience, or a PhD with no prior professional experience, and offers on-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
