Lam is hiring a Process Engineer to support its Advanced Technology Integration team in developing and improving semiconductor processing methods, equipment, formulations, and test data. The role includes process research, yield and cost improvements, customer demonstration support, product development, and leadership of process technicians. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree with at least three years of experience or a PhD with no prior professional experience, while semiconductor equipment, statistical process control, scientific computing, and deposition or etching experience are preferred. The position offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements and includes a San Francisco Bay Area salary range.
