Description
Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate semiconductor process formulations, improve manufacturing techniques and yields, analyze test data, support product development and customer demonstrations, and lead process technicians. The role requires at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor equipment experience, SPC or DOE knowledge, MATLAB or Python proficiency, statistical analysis, and exposure to deposition, etching, plasma, and material characterization technologies. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
