Mattson Technology is hiring a Process Engineer to design and analyze process-engineering experiments, troubleshoot semiconductor-processing issues, measure film properties, support technology transfer, manage development and reliability projects, verify processes at customer sites, monitor hardware, and investigate incidents. The role requires hands-on experimental experience, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field, five years of experience, strong data-analysis and communication skills, laboratory safety, and travel outside the United States for 20%. The salary range is $106,000 to $145,860.
