Description
Lam Research is hiring a senior Process Engineer focused on thin-film metrology, particularly thin-film ellipsometry. The role develops and supports metrology solutions, manages vendor engagements and escalations, contributes to the metrology roadmap, and collaborates with equipment engineering and laboratory teams on process research and development. Candidates need a PhD or equivalent background in a relevant science field, at least two years of thin-film ellipsometry experience, strong vendor-management and program-management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
