Description

Lam is hiring a Process Engineer for its OCTO Pathfinding team to develop and evaluate semiconductor process formulations, improve fabrication methods, analyze test data, coordinate equipment and process requirements, support customer demonstrations and product releases, and lead process technicians. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or a PhD with 3+ years of experience, and offers hybrid work arrangements. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
