Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced semiconductor processing formulations, equipment, and techniques; analyze test data; improve yields and production costs; support customer demonstrations and product roadmaps; and lead process technicians. The role requires substantial related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications, with preferred expertise in semiconductor process technologies, statistical methods, scientific computing, and materials characterization. The position offers hybrid work models and a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $125,000 to $270,000.
