Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and improve semiconductor process formulations, equipment, and deposition methods for advanced films. The role includes process research, test-data analysis, customer demonstrations, cross-functional and customer collaboration, product-development support, and leadership of process technicians. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience or a PhD with 5+ years of experience, with semiconductor deposition, statistical process control, scientific computing, and materials characterization experience preferred. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
