Lam is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced semiconductor processing formulations, equipment, and test data for 300mm wafer pathfinding initiatives. The role involves process research, yield and cost improvements, customer demonstrations, cross-functional and customer collaboration, product development, and leadership of process technicians. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience or a PhD with 5+ years of experience, with semiconductor process, deposition, etch, and statistical analysis experience preferred. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
