Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an optical process engineering professional to establish and maintain statistical process control, yield and scrap-cost tracking, improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot procedures, document process improvements, conduct failure-mode and product failure analyses, analyze data, interpret mechanical drawings, support basic jig and fixture design, and train technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in optical, electrical, automation, or a related field, at least five years of experience with optical components or modules, strong communication and English skills, and expertise in failure and data analysis.
