Description
The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining statistical process control, yield and scrap-cost tracking, improving optical component or module processes, troubleshooting procedures, documenting improvements, conducting failure-mode analysis, and training technicians. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in optical, electrical, automation, or a related field, at least five years of experience with optical components or modules, strong communication and English skills, product failure analysis and data analysis capabilities, knowledge of mechanical drawings and jig/fixtures design, and the ability to train technicians.
