Cooper Standard Automotive is hiring a Process Engineer at its on-site plant in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, Czech Republic. The role focuses on optimizing brake-system manufacturing processes, implementing new production technologies and methods, resolving production issues, leading or participating in Lean and Kaizen improvement projects, and collaborating with Quality and Development teams. Applicants should have a technical university degree or technical secondary education, production-process experience preferably in automotive, process-improvement knowledge, and communicative English.
