The employer is seeking a Process Engineer for an established plastics-processing manufacturing company focused on injection molding. The role manages industrialization from new projects through series production, improves and standardizes production equipment and automation, introduces MES and camera-monitoring systems, develops manufacturing cells, drives continuous-improvement measures, and supports production management and employee training. Candidates should have completed technical training, experience troubleshooting air-conditioning, heating, compressor, and equipment systems, and be willing to work shifts.
