Flex is hiring a Process Engineer to support manufacturing process engineering in Bukit Minyak, Penang. The role focuses on improving cost, quality, and delivery; defining manufacturable designs and processes; troubleshooting and resolving process failures; establishing repeatable process parameters and control methodologies; implementing engineering change orders and equipment; improving cycle time, productivity, and throughput; and supporting new technology transfer and training.
