Description
Flex is hiring a Process Engineer to support manufacturing process engineering in Bukit Minyak, Penang. The role focuses on improving cost, quality, and delivery; defining manufacturable designs and processes; troubleshooting failures; implementing process controls and statistical process research; managing equipment and engineering change orders; improving cycle time and throughput; and supporting production transfers and training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, typically one year of experience, and familiarity with electronic assembly, PCB operations, testing, inspection, and mechanical and electrical tools.
