Flex is hiring a Process Engineer in Austin, Texas to improve manufacturing processes across cost, quality, and delivery. The role covers manufacturability design, root-cause analysis, equipment implementation, process control, ECOs, cycle-time improvement, material selection, statistical process research, safety and productivity improvements, documentation, technology transfer, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of customer-focused team experience in automation, mechanical, or industrial engineering, and experience with AutoCAD, root-cause failure analysis, and lean manufacturing; Kanban and Six Sigma certification and dispensing-system experience are advantageous.
