Description
The role improves filling-line efficiency by analyzing production processes, identifying quality and efficiency losses, conducting root-cause analyses, implementing short-term and long-term improvements, monitoring quality and safety, and leading technical and organizational projects. The position works with production teams, coordinates with the team coordinator, supports the filling production manager, and requires a relevant engineering or production background, familiarity with TPM, Lean, or Operational Excellence, MES systems, and Excel. A permanent contract may follow a successful trial period.
