Description
The Process Engineer will analyze, optimize, and improve production processes while working with production, maintenance, and quality teams on the shop floor. Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, testing and monitoring new processes, overseeing quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, providing technical support, and managing projects, budgets, and deadlines. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electromechanics or comparable technical education, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, process optimization experience, AutoCAD knowledge, strong planning and organizational skills, knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations, and fluency in French and English.
