Amazon is hiring a Process Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee, to design and improve physical workflows, factory layouts, workstations, material flows, and engineering systems supporting device fulfillment, value-added services, and reverse logistics across the Rapid Asset Deployment network. The role analyzes workflows, applies lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods, supports new facility launches and ERP/WMS implementations, and drives quality, risk, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, a bachelor's degree, and layout design or AutoCAD experience; knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, SQL, automated material handling, packaging, and storage solutions is preferred.
