Description
The role develops and optimizes manufacturing processes for heat treatment, manual and automatic blasting, chamfering, and riveting, including push-out testing. Responsibilities include estimating process times, selecting and customizing workstations, developing process parameters, conducting stability tests, designing fixtures, defining production procedures and in-process controls, creating process documentation, producing prototypes, and supporting production. The profile requires a technical university or FH/BA degree, technical communication, design experience, manufacturing and measurement-tool experience, statistical-methods knowledge, German and English proficiency, and a quality-oriented, solution-oriented working style.
