Renewi is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Lesquin, France, to optimize and develop plastic-recycling processes, analyze process data, improve production performance, and manage technical projects from concept through implementation and transfer to operations. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports operations and maintenance, contributes to local site management, and prepares the annual investment plan. Candidates need an electromechanical engineering or master’s degree, 2–5 years of industrial experience, strong analytical and communication skills, French and English proficiency, and flexibility to travel across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. The position offers a flexible work arrangement with partial remote work possible.
