Description
AFL is hiring a Process Engineer in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, to support the introduction of new products and processes, define manufacturing flows, establish compliant and safe processes, maintain process documentation, analyze quality issues, monitor production metrics, drive corrective actions, ensure process capability, train process technicians and specialists, and support line start-ups and engineering changes. The role requires a professional degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field, B2 English, 3–5 years of manufacturing, quality, or production-process experience, contract-manufacturing and assembly experience, drawing and specification interpretation, and availability to reside in Nuevo León.
