AIXTRON is hiring a Process Engineer to operate AIXTRON CCS or Planetary systems in an application laboratory and develop, optimize, and evaluate deposition reactors and processes for compound semiconductor deposition. The role coordinates cross-departmental projects, supports customer demonstrations, analyzes experimental data, documents knowledge, and transfers laboratory processes to customer systems. Candidates need a scientific or technical degree, expertise in CMOS technology, semiconductor processing, epitaxial growth, and semiconductor characterization, along with English proficiency and flexibility for approximately 5–10% international travel.
