Description
Altek Electronics is hiring a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes in its production facilities. The role analyzes and improves processes, develops and validates process simulations and control strategies, coordinates with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments, establishes standardized work and procedures, develops and monitors tooling, and leads continuous improvement projects. The position requires post-secondary education and at least five years of relevant experience, with electronics manufacturing, tooling, quality systems, CAD, and Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred or considered.
