Description
Alva Industries is hiring a Process Engineer to support and continuously improve motor manufacturing processes. The role involves analyzing production and inspection data, identifying root causes of manufacturing issues, developing and testing corrective actions, conducting production trials, improving yield, quality, labor time, and process capability, designing or improving tooling and fixtures, updating work instructions, and implementing validated changes on the shop floor. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of production or manufacturing engineering experience, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, production-trial experience, data-analysis ability, technical documentation experience, and effective communication with engineering and production teams.
