Applied Engineering, Inc. is looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join their team in Ripon, WI. The successful candidate will examine equipment, processes, and operations to identify improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost. They will implement process changes, update operational standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves selecting and implementing manufacturing processes, evaluating vendor proposals, partnering with production and maintenance teams, conducting capability studies, and providing daily production support.
