Description
Assystem is hiring a Process Engineer to support the design and analysis of cooling water island systems for an SMR project. The role involves fluid and thermal analyses, system design and integration, control strategy definition, component sizing, equipment specifications, and thermal-hydraulic modeling. Candidates need a degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics, experience producing design documentation and test specifications, and proficiency with PIPESIM, Flomaster, or other 1D CFD software. The position requires UK security clearance and offers a hybrid arrangement of 1–2 remote days per week.
