Australian Country Choice is hiring a Process Engineer for its Operational Excellence team at the Cannon Hill site. The role partners with frontline teams and operational leaders to map processes, measure cycle times and capacity, analyse constraints and throughput, conduct root-cause analysis, develop standard work and process controls, and prepare business cases for sustainable operational improvements. Candidates need a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, 2–5 years of manufacturing or food-processing experience, and experience with process mapping, work measurement, or time-and-motion studies.
